In the first quarter of 2025, the music and audio app market in Turkey saw significant activity, with the top five apps showing varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users according to Sensor Tower data.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts experienced a steady climb in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $39K in early March. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at around 165K in mid-January, while active users consistently hovered around 14.8M by the end of March.

Smule: Karaoke, Sing & Record showed a slight decline in revenue over the quarter, ending March with about $7.8K. Downloads spiked to over 36K in mid-March, and active users increased to approximately 80.5K by the end of the quarter.

StarMaker: Sing Karaoke Songs saw a decrease in both revenue and active users, with revenue dropping to $4.6K in early March and active users falling to about 306K. However, downloads surged in late March, reaching over 90K.
